Became an official Internet Telephony Service Provider
This has enabled us to be a single provider of SIP trunks, Internet connectivity and IP telephony solutions. Phone Pulse has the capability of monitoring the customer experience from the desk phone, across the LAN, WAN and Internet to our SIP trunks. This is a unique proposition and is a winning formula for many prospective clients.
