As one of Ireland’s leading full-service law firms, Beauchamps Solicitors are focused on achieving practical business solutions for clients. Their clients include multinational companies, owner managed businesses, government and public bodies and regulatory authorities.
In 2016 Beauchamps Solicitors, a Dublin based law firm selected Phone Pulse through a tender process to deliver a new Unified Communications solution for its 250 staff.
The key factor in the design of the solution was to ensure business continuity. Phone Pulse achieved this by deploying a hybrid cloud on-prem topology.
Phone Pulse installed hardware on-premise and also in a virtual environment located in its data centre giving business continuity to staff either in the office or working remotely. By using Phone Pulse as the SIP carrier, it ensured a single provider for the entire solution.
Beauchamps has leveraged the remote working capability of the solution during snow days and other situations that impacted services to the head office.
