Phone Pulse delivered a Voice Over IP business phone System for One4All which is a Hybrid of On-Premise technology from NEC and its Cloud PBX platform.

This unique combination gives One4All the advantages of both on-premise advanced features and functionality with the flexibility and resilience that is offered from a Hosted or Cloud based PBX offering.

When One4All asked Phone Pulse to help them resolve their business challenge of remaining accessible to their customers even when their office lost power and no one could get access, we applied our 25 years of experience and access to the latest in technologies that our industry has to offer, to develop a solution that delivered the benefits of on-premise and hosted.

The NEC SV9100 IP Telephone System comes with a compelling list of features that are absent on a Hosted PBX. We leveraged its SIP technology to link it to our Cloud PBX and moved the clients Menu service to our Cloud PBX. This solution now offers One4All significant onsite functionality using the NEC Call Centre suite – MyCalls Call Centre for rich call routing and reporting with real-time wallboards and automated reports. With the call routing begin decided in the Cloud, it means that Phone Pulse can determine the location where calls are to terminate without needing the phone system on-site to be operational.

This level of Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity is typically an expensive service to obtain, however our design incorporated this service in as standard.
